This indicator independently assesses the real impact of our practices and our commitment to more responsible and sustainable maritime tourism.
At Eco Calanques, our mission is simple: to discover the Mediterranean in a different way, respecting life, those who work in it, and those who discover it.
Our commitments are part of a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach founded on three pillars: environmental, social and local.
Sustainable and exemplary maritime tourism
Hybrid and economical navigation
Our boats, designed and maintained with our technical partners (Les bateaux Eco Calanques and Bruine Beer), combine sailing propulsion and electric power.
This combination allows us to drastically reduce emissions and to ensure a silent navigation, respectful of the marine environment.
Approved by the Calanques National Park
We are authorised and approved by the Calanques National Park, ensuring professional, sustainable, and environmentally compliant practice, in accordance with local regulations.
Label “Esprit Parc National”
Our label Esprit Parc National recognises our efforts to offer a authentic and responsible experience, valuing the natural and human heritage of the territory.

On board, we favour calm and attentiveness :
No microphone for communications: everything is done by voice.
Rare or understated music.
Gentle navigation, without noise pollution.
This silence is a comfort for wildlife...and for us.
It's also what makes our trips unique: the real feeling of being “alone at sea”.
Short supply chains and responsible food
We prioritise committed local stakeholders, for healthy products, short supply chains and zero waste.
For our scheduled tours:
Partnership with Casa Consolat : cuisine organic, local and homemade.
Delivery by cargo bike, with zero carbon emissions.
For our private hire:
Caterers selected for their eco-responsible approach. KIF, awarded 3 Écotable stars
Use of reusable jars and large containers, with no unnecessary packaging.
Selective sorting and systematic recycling on board.
Water conservation
On board, each passenger keeps their glass all day thanks to a colour marking.
This simple gesture helps avoid unnecessary washing, and to reduce water waste and the discharge of cleaning products.
Social and human commitment
At Éco Calanques, we believe that respect starts on board: among ourselves, among crew members, and with our passengers.
We favour humane and caring management, based on cooperation, listening and autonomy.
We work with trained local and seasonal crews, trained in safety and marine environment protection.
We also encourage diversity and access to maritime careers for young people and women, who remain under-represented in the nautical sector
