TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/p>

TICKETING<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

ELECTRONIC TICKET (for ticketed excursions)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

The electronic ticket is a non-physical ticket. For all bookings, you must present your booking confirmation document, the \u201cconfirmation email\u201d, which serves as your electronic ticket.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

CANCELLATION TERMS FOR YOUR EXCURSION<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

- Due to Eco-Calanques (ENM):<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2013 In the event of a proposed programme change<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

The weather may sometimes not allow the standard itinerary to be followed, but may still allow for great sailing in another direction. In this case, the captain and the Eco-Calanques (ENM) team may propose a change of itinerary before departure.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2013 If the change of itinerary is accepted, the client will take part in the full day and will not be entitled to any refund or reduction thereafter<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2013 In the event of refusal, the client will not take part in the day and will be fully reimbursed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

If, due to bad weather conditions, the excursion could not take place at all, you would be fully reimbursed for any sums paid, and no charges would be retained. The captain and\/or crew of Eco-Calanques (ENM) is\/are the sole decision-maker(s) as to whether or not to cancel the excursion. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2013 Due to the client:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

If, for personal reasons, you choose to cancel your excursion one week before the date of the excursion, your deposit will be refunded and no charges will be retained.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Should you need to cancel your excursion between 6 and 3 days before the date of the excursion, we will retain up to 50% of the total cost of the excursion.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Should you need to cancel your excursion less than 3 days before the date of the excursion, the full amount received will remain with us.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

TERMS OF THE EXCURSION<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) reserves the right to modify routes or cancel services in the event of bad weather conditions. Only the captain is authorised to judge navigation conditions and may cancel a maritime service. In the event of cancellation by Eco-Calanques (ENM), passengers may be reimbursed, or the excursion may be postponed to another date with your agreement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Swimming is permitted during stops, at your own risk. Under no circumstances can the loan of swimming equipment be considered a supervised water activity.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Passengers undertake, in all circumstances, to comply with the on-board regulations established by Eco-Calanques (ENM), and to follow the instructions of the captain and their crew. Passengers must arrive 15 minutes before the departure time. No refund will be given in the event of a passenger's late arrival.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

TRANSPORT TICKET AND ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACTUAL TERMS:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Making an online booking on the Eco-Calanques (ENM) website constitutes a contract which implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and transport by all participants in the nautical and aquatic activities offered by Eco-Calanques (ENM), on whose behalf the booking has been made.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

The e-ticket, which corresponds to the online (or email) confirmation of your booking with Eco-Calanques (ENM), is personal and non-transferable. It must be kept by the customer who made the online booking for one or more people.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

PASSENGERS' HEALTH STATUS:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Passengers must inform Eco-Calanques (ENM) of any contraindication or unfitness that could prevent them from taking part in the services it offers (nautical activities: sea excursions, water sports, swimming, snorkelling, etc.).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Passengers board at their own risk and may not hold Eco-Calanques (ENM) liable in the event of personal injury linked to their state of health (disability, illness, etc.), whether on board, during boarding or disembarkation, or during nautical or aquatic activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Passengers who, due to their state of health, require special assistance during the excursion or nautical and aquatic activities (persons with reduced mobility, visually impaired persons, etc.) are invited to inform Eco-Calanques (ENM) crew when booking and upon boarding.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

PREGNANT WOMEN:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Pregnant women may take part in a sea excursion, entirely at their own risk.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

However, they may not hold Eco-Calanques (ENM) liable for any reason whatsoever in the event of personal injury.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) cannot be held liable in the event of personal injury or any other incident linked to pregnancy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

MINORS:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) does not provide transport for unaccompanied minors. They will board and take part in excursions, as well as nautical and aquatic activities, under the sole responsibility of their accompanying adult(s).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

For children under two years of age, wearing a suitable life jacket is mandatory. Parents must inform Eco-Calanques (ENM) of their presence when booking or before boarding.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

PASSENGER BEHAVIOUR:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

While underway, passengers must remain seated. They must comply, during boarding and disembarkation as well as on board, with the ship's regulations, in particular those established by Eco-Calanques (ENM), and, more generally, follow the recommendations or instructions of the captain or their crew.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) declines all responsibility for any personal injury sustained by passengers who fail to comply with this requirement, whether on board or during boarding or disembarkation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Passengers will be held liable for any damage of any kind that they may cause to themselves, to other passengers, to third parties, or to the personnel and property of Eco-Calanques (ENM).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

The same applies to any damage of any kind caused by persons or property in the passengers' care.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) permits swimming during excursions as part of \u00abswimming breaks\u00bb in the Calanques. However, this is unsupervised and takes place under the<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

passengers' own responsibility. On this occasion, minors remain under the responsibility of their accompanying adult(s). Persons who cannot swim or swim poorly must report this to the crew.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) provides passengers with buoys and floating life jackets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) declines all responsibility in the event of incidents or personal injury occurring while swimming.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

PERSONAL INJURY:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Any injury or damage occurring during excursions or nautical and aquatic activities must be reported by the passenger to Eco-Calanques (ENM) before leaving the boat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

In the event of injury to themselves and\/or damage to their property (personal belongings, etc.), passengers must report this to the crew. Eco-Calanques (ENM) will draw up a joint report in the presence of the passenger(s) concerned before they leave the boat. Failure to comply with this requirement will mean passengers are deemed to have disembarked safe and sound, with their belongings in good condition.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) disclaims all responsibility, outside of the cases provided for by articles L5421-2 and following of the Transport Code, for personal accidents occurring during navigation, excursions or nautical and aquatic activities, or during boarding or disembarkation, whether at the ports of departure or destination, at ports of call, or at sea while swimming.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

PERSONAL ITEMS OR EQUIPMENT:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Passengers may bring their personal equipment (camera, mask, snorkel, fins) on board at their own risk.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) declines all responsibility concerning luggage, personal item(s) or equipment brought aboard by passengers, as well as for money, jewellery or other valuables kept during excursions and any other activity offered by Eco-Calanques (ENM), which remain under the exclusive responsibility of their owners.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

LOAN OF EQUIPMENT FREE OF CHARGE:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) provides passengers, free of charge, with equipment for the nautical and aquatic activities it offers (fins, masks, snorkels, underwater cameras, windbreakers, shorty wetsuits, etc.).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Where applicable, defects in the equipment do not entitle passengers to any refund or discount.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) reserves the right to take legal action against passengers who have deliberately damaged or degraded equipment lent free of charge.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

ORGANISATION OF FESTIVE EVENINGS AND EXCURSIONS:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

As part of the festive evenings and excursions organised by Eco-Calanques (ENM) (cocktails, evenings in the Calanques, hen or stag parties, etc.), moderate consumption of alcohol and tobacco is permitted.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

For reasons of safety and passenger comfort, Eco-Calanques (ENM) staff may limit or prohibit the consumption of alcohol, tobacco or drugs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) may take any steps or restrictions necessary regarding passengers whose behaviour:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Endangers a person or a member of staff, damages or deteriorates property belonging to Eco-Calanques (ENM), prevents staff from carrying out their duties, or fails to comply with the recommendations and instructions of staff members or the captain.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) reserves the right to disembark passengers whose behaviour compromises the safety, tranquillity or comfort of other passengers or staff members.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Financial conditions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

The descriptions of the Services presented on the Site specify, for each service, what is included in the price. Prices are shown in Euros. Prices generally include all applicable taxes, fees and related service costs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Payments made on the Site are by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard\/Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted) through a secure payment system.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

In the event that payment proves to be irregular, incomplete or non-existent for a reason attributable to you, the sale of these services will be cancelled, with any resulting costs being your responsibility, and civil and\/or criminal proceedings may, where applicable, be brought against you.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

CANCELLATION TERMS FOR YOUR EXCURSION<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

- Due to Eco-Calanques (ENM):<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

If, due to bad weather conditions, the excursion could not take place, you would be fully reimbursed for any sums paid, with no charges being retained.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2013 Due to the client:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

If, for personal reasons, you choose to cancel your excursion one month before the date of the excursion, your deposit will be refunded and no charges will be incurred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Should you need to cancel your excursion between 15 days and one month before the date of the excursion, your deposit will not be refunded (up to a maximum of 30% of the total cost of the excursion).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Should you need to cancel your excursion less than 15 days before the date of the excursion, the full amount received will remain with us.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Eco-Calanques (ENM) holds all intellectual property rights relating to the Site, which belong to them or for which they hold usage rights.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Access to the Site does not grant you any rights over the intellectual property rights relating to the Site, which remain the exclusive property of Eco-Calanques (ENM).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

The elements accessible on the Site, particularly in the form of text, photographs, images, icons, maps, sounds, videos, software, databases and data, are also protected by intellectual property rights.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Except where explicitly stated otherwise in this document, you may not, under any circumstances, reproduce, represent, modify, transmit, publish or adapt, on any medium whatsoever, by any means whatsoever, or exploit in any way whatsoever, all or part of the Site without the prior written authorisation of Eco-Calanques (ENM).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

DELAY<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

We would like to remind you that, as a transport company, we make it a point of honour to keep to precise schedules in order to ensure a pleasant experience for all our passengers. This is why we depart at the scheduled time, and ask passengers to be at the boarding point 10 minutes before departure.\u00a0<\/div>

Should you be running late, we would be grateful if you could please:<\/p>

1) Call us by phone as soon as possible.
2) Let us know your estimated time of arrival.<\/p>

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we would like to clarify that, in the event of a delay of more than 10 minutes, we will unfortunately be forced to depart without you. In such a case, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.<\/p>

We would also ask you to note that we cannot be held responsible for any transport-related issues (traffic jams, underground\/train delays, etc.).<\/p><\/div>

We are relying on your punctuality so that your trip runs as smoothly as possible.<\/span><\/div>

      The electronic ticket is an intangible ticket. For any booking, you must present <\/span>the ticket printed on paper or shown virtually on your smartphone.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

        1. Cancellation policy<\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

          Cancellation by Eco-Calanques (ENM)<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

          In the event of bad weather conditions, if the cruise can<\/span>'<\/span>not operate (for safety<\/span> or technical <\/span><\/span>reasons), passengers will be fully refunded. <\/span>The crew or the captain are the only people authorised to decide to cancel the cruise.<\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

          In the event of bad weather conditions, the crew or the captain may change the original schedule and operate a more suitable one. Passengers will have the choice to accept or decline the change before the cruise begins. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • If they accept, they will not be entitled to request a refund or reduction afterwards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • If they do not accept, they will not take part in the tour and will be fully refunded. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
            • The cruise will go ahead if at least 5 full-price passengers remain after this choice.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              Cancellation by the customer<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

              • If the customer wishes to cancel the cruise, <\/span>one week<\/span><\/span> before the departure date, they will be fully refunded for all amounts paid, at no extra cost. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • If the customer wishes to cancel the cruise between <\/span>one week<\/span><\/span> and <\/span>48<\/span><\/span> hours<\/span><\/span> before <\/span>departure<\/span><\/span>, Eco-Calanques (ENM) will ke<\/span>ep<\/span><\/span>\/ask<\/span> 50<\/span><\/span>% of the total cost of the cruise. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • If the customer wishes to cancel the cruise less than <\/span>48 hours before departure<\/span><\/span>, Eco-Calanques (ENM) will ke<\/span>ep<\/span><\/span>\/ask for the total cost of the cruise in full. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                  1. Transport ticket and acceptance of the terms and conditions<\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                    Making an online booking on the Eco-Calanques (ENM) website constitutes a contract, whereby all passengers accept the current terms of sale and transport for the nautical and aquatic activities offered by Eco-Calanques (ENM) as part of your booking. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                    The electronic ticket, which is an online confirmation (or confirmation by email) of your booking with Eco-Calanques (ENM), is personal and non-transferable. It<\/span>'<\/span>must be kept by the customer who made the booking, whether for one or a few people.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                    1. Private Event<\/span><\/h1><\/li><\/ol>

                        1. Cancellation policy<\/span><\/h2><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                          Cancellation by Eco-Calanques (ENM)<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                          In the event of bad weather conditions, if the cruise can<\/span>'<\/span>not operate (for safety reasons), passengers will be fully refunded. <\/span>The crew or the captain are the only people authorised to decide to cancel the cruise.<\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                          In the event of bad weather conditions, the crew or the captain may change the original schedule and adopt a more suitable one.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                          Cancellation by the customer<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                          • If the customer wishes to cancel the cruise<\/span> one month before the departure date, they will be fully refunded for all amounts paid, at no extra cost. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
                          • If the customer wishes to cancel the cruise between 15 days and 1 month before the departure date, Eco-Calanques (ENM) will retain\/charge 30% of the total cost of the cruise. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
                          • If the customer wishes to cancel the cruise less than 15 days before the departure date, Eco-Calanques (ENM) will retain\/charge the full cost of the cruise. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                              1. Organisation of <\/span>boat tours and private events<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                                During <\/span>boat tours<\/span><\/span> and <\/span>private events<\/span><\/span> organised by Eco-Calanques (ENM) (cocktail party, sunset in the coves, bachelor(ette) party<\/span>\u2026<\/span>) the consumption of alcohol and t<\/span>obacco<\/span><\/span> is permitted <\/span>but must remain<\/span><\/span> moderate. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                For passenger\u2019<\/span>s safety and comfort, the Eco-Calanques (ENM) crew may restrict or prohibit the consumption of alcohol, <\/span>tobacco. The consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited<\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                Eco-Calanques (ENM) may take any steps or measures necessary against passengers because of their behaviour:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                • Endangers a person or a member of staff<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
                                • Damages or degrades property belonging to Eco-Calanques (ENM)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
                                • Prevents the crew from carrying out their duties<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
                                • Fails to comply with the instructions and recommendations of a crew member or the captain.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                  Eco-Calanques (ENM) reserves the right to disembark a passenger if their behaviour endangers the safety, tranquillity or comfort of another passenger or a member of the crew.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                  1. Cruise Conditions<\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ol>

                                    Eco-Calanques (ENM) reserves the right to change or cancel the cruise in the event of bad weather conditions. Only the captain is qualified to assess the weather forecast and cancel a tour. In the event of a cancellation by Eco-Calanques (ENM), passengers will be fully refunded, or the excursion may be postponed to another date with your agreement. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                    Swimming is permitted during the stop, at your own risk. In no case does the loan of snorkelling equipment constitute a supervised activity. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                    Passengers must comply with the rules set on board by Eco-Calanques (ENM), as well as the instructions of the captain and crew. Passengers must be at the pier 15 minutes before departure. No refund will be given in the event of a late arrival. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                    The cruise will go ahead if at least 5 full-price passengers remain after this choice.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                      1. Passenger health<\/span><\/h2><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                                        Passengers must inform Eco-Calanques (ENM) of any illness or condition that may prevent them from taking part in the cruise or activity. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                        Passengers embark at their own risk <\/span>and<\/span><\/span> and cannot hold Eco-Calanques (ENM) liable for any physical injury related to their health condition (disability, illness<\/span>\u2026<\/span>) on board, during embarkation or disembarkation, or during nautical or aquatic activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                        Passengers requiring assistance due to their health condition (disability, visual impairment, hearing impairment<\/span>\u2026<\/span>) must inform the Eco-Calanques (ENM) crew when booking or before <\/span>and<\/u><\/span> boarding. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                          1. Pregnancy<\/span><\/h2><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                                            Pregnant women may take part in a cruise entirely at their own risk.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                            However, they cannot hold Eco-Calanques (ENM) liable for any physical injury. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                            Eco-Calanques (ENM) can<\/span><\/span>'<\/span>not be held responsible in the event of any physical injury or any other injury relating to the pregnancy. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                              1. Minors<\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                                                Eco-Calanques (ENM) does not provide transportation for unaccompanied minors. They may take part in the cruise and nautical activities solely under the responsibility of their legal guardian or accompanying adult. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                For children under 2 years of age, wearing a life jacket is compulsory. Parents must purchase a ticket for them and inform Eco-Calanques of their presence when booking or before boarding. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                    Passengers shall be liable for any physical injury to themselves or to other passengers and third parties, as well as for injury or damage to the person or property of Eco-Calanques (ENM).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                    The same applies to any damage of any kind caused by a person or property under their responsibility. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                    During stops, passengers who plan to swim must agree to swim <\/span>under their own<\/span> responsibility. Eco-<\/span><\/span>Swimming activities are u<\/span><\/span>nsupervised. Throughout, minors remain under the responsibility of their <\/span>parents<\/span><\/span>. Travellers who do<\/span>'<\/span>not know how to swim must <\/span>inform<\/span><\/span> the crew. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                    Eco-Calanques (ENM) can provide life jackets to passengers in need. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                    Eco-Calanques (ENM) disclaims all liability in the event of an incident or physical injury during swimming. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                      1. Physical injury<\/span> <\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                                                        Any injury occurring during the tour or aquatic activities must be reported by the passenger to Eco-Calanques (ENM) before disembarking. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                        In the event of an incident on board affecting their personal belongings, passengers must notify the crew. Eco-Calanques (ENM) will draw up a joint statement in the presence of the passenger(s) concerned before disembarking. Without this document, passengers will be presumed to have disembarked safe and sound, with their belongings in perfect condition. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                        Eco-Calanques (ENM) disclaims all liability except in the circumstances set out in Article L5421-1 and the <\/span>\u201c<\/span><\/span>Transport Code<\/span><\/span>\u201d <\/span>in the event of a personal accident occurring during navigation, visits, nautical activities, or boarding and disembarkation, at the port of departure\/arrival, ports of call, at sea, or while swimming. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                          1. Personal items and belongings<\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                                                            Passengers can bring their personal belongings (camera, mask, snorkel<\/span>\u2026<\/span>) at their own risk. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                            Eco-Calanques (ENM) disclaims all liability for luggage, personal items or equipment brought on board by passengers, as well as for money, jewellery or other valuables carried during the cruise or any activity provided by Eco-Calanques (ENM), which remain under the exclusive responsibility of their owner. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                              1. Lo<\/span>ss<\/span><\/span> of loaned equipment<\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                                                                Eco-Calanques (ENM) can loan (free of charge) some equipment for nautical and aquatic activities (snorkels, mask, waterproof camera, jackets, diving equipment<\/span>\u2026) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                                Any defect in the equipment does not entitle the passenger to a refund or discount.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                                Eco-Calanques (ENM) reserves the right to take legal action against any passenger who has deliberately damaged the loaned equipment. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                                  1. Financial conditions<\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                                                                    The description of each service on the website specifies the price and what is included. Prices are expressed in <\/span>Euros (<\/b><\/span><\/span>\u20ac<\/b><\/span><\/span>).<\/b><\/span> Unless otherwise stated, prices include all taxes and other costs. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
